  • Has been servicing and repairing caravans and motorhomes since 1992

  • Attended product training courses on LPG heaters, fridges and other goods in leisure units to ensure my product knowledge is updated..

  • LPG accreditation that  he has held since 1996.

  • At the end of 2016 he was made redundant as the owners of CTC retired  and set up in my own workshop. My wife, Linda, left her full time job to support me with all admin and phone duties in April 2017 as I could not work and constantly answer the phone. Linda was the main contact for my customers and will refer queries she cannot answer to me.

  • I undertake any work from checking vehicle electrics to building motor homes.

  • We are both caravanners so we understand the problems faced. We have also owned a motor home.

  • In February 2019 we took on Jacob Evans as an Apprentice Motorhome and Caravan Engineer. He will attend block release at Nottingham College and will assist in all aspects of the business.  He has now passed has Level 2 and is progressing with Level 3.

  • In June 2021  Philip Dolphin joined us and will assist with all aspect of the business in the workshop, we also employ our daughter Danielle Makepeace, who assists Linda with all sides of the administration.

  • This March 2022 we employed Karen Meadows in the Office to assist Linda and Danielle with the Administration, also  to allow Linda some well earned time to herself, and to spend some quality time with her grandchildren and the new puppies.

So far I have not found anything I cannot do and enjoy the challenge of something a bit different.

I am also a cabinet maker ( I love working with wood) and built most of the furniture for our home. Therefore, I can add a personal touch to refurbishment projects.

Tell me what you want and I will see what I can do.
