Repairing Water Damage
This caravan had water ingress caused by a loose pull handle and/or rail. I had to take the rails off, strip the walls down inside, cut the rot out, replace the damaged wood and panels and rebuild. Once the wood was replaced I had something to screw the handle to.
Damp damaged caused by a faulty window seal or rail.
Damp to the floor of this motorhome caused by a leaking shower tray. Once the leak was fixed all the rotten wood was removed and replaced.
Bespoke Trailer
The client required a trailer to carry a stage (flat packed) so I designed and built this to their specification.
Accident Repairs
Crash damage, an insurance repair. Chris removed the broken windows then Cotswold Accident Repairs (next door to our unit) made the bodywork like new. Chris then replaced the two windows. Another satisfied customer!!
And the finished product
This clients motor home had a tyre blow out that went throgh the wheelarch into the shower room damaging the shower tray. Chris rebuilt the wheel arch and replaced the shower tray.
Replacement Shower trays
Clients shower tray had seen better days. The right hand photo shows the difference a new tray can make. They are also stronger as made from fibreglass as opposed to plastic.

Van Conversion
Our client had a budget so bought a written off touring caravan. Chris then used the windows, sunroof, door, white goods, furniture and fitting to turn their van into a motorhome.
